Description
Chimney Canyon Chapter consists of 44 homes overlooking the canyon from the south rim. Homes are on Avenida Magnifica, Medoc Lane, and Moselle St. There are 135 additional “At High Risk” homes within 300 feet. Slopes vary between Slopes 30 to 100 percent. Vegetation consist of dense Eucalyptus and some dried grasses/weeds up to 6 feet tall. The target area is totally on City Open Space. Access to the target area is good.
